Did you know that journaling reduces stress and boosts your mood? The mental health benefits of journaling are something that we believe in, so we decided to create our very own journal. This wire-bound journal was created from years of journaling and discovering what we love the most about it. We know that coming up with something to write about can be a challenge, so we included a guided portion to make it easy for you to sit down for 5-10mins a day and practice this mindful exercise.
