I want to preface this by saying I 100% support your message. I bought this shirt for him and this is what he said.
the message seems a bit like the sentiment "all lives matter" perhaps due to the lack of words before human. i understand the underlying sentiment trying to support equality and human rights for everyone, but it's a very sensitive subject and the wording between seeming accepting versus erasing the struggles of minorities and oppressed groups. by specifying specific groups of people on the shirt, they are inherently leaving other groups which are less represented out. if they want to state specific groups i'd suggest a large word cloud with many, many "labels" per se including representation for all of the LGBTQ, multiple races including hispanic, asian, and indigenous classifications, and inclusion of disabled individuals so it becomes more of an umbrella. it seems like, in my opinion, if you're going to name specific groups, you name them all, or none at all, as otherwise the message seems to erase the struggle of other groups.
