    Delivery takes 7–14 business days inside the States when selecting the basic shipping method (USPS). Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays, and throughout the weekends, will be processed on Mondays. Please note that even if 2-Day or Overnight shipping is selected it will not be processed ‘til the next business day.

    On occasion, we do not have the entire order printed and we have to print the shirt to order. In these cases, the order may take slightly longer to get to you. If this happens, we will make every attempt to notify you of the issue.

    For international orders* please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.

    Only Human is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Only Human is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS.

    *Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

    If you are not sure of the condition of your item, please note below: 

    • We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed.
    • We cannot accept item(s) that are covered in human/animal hair.

    Send us an email to, include a note detailing your order number, and what you want to be exchanged/refunded. We do ask for you to give us 24 to 48 hours to respond to your email. All returns must be made to the following address:

    To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their “original condition” within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For purchases after 14 days of receipt, no refunds are issued and you may receive store credit or exchange for a different item.

    When returning your item, please include your name, order #, and whether or not you would like to exchange for another item or receive a refund. Send the item(s) to the address stated above.



    If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support at with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, why the return is being made, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.



    If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive, feel free to contact us at and we will be able to take a look at where it might be. In instances of pre-sale items, please wait up to one week after shipment date to contact us.
